Our Ready to Eat packs are perfect for an easy meal on the go, wherever you end up! Add to a salad, a sandwich, or enjoy on its own. We personally fillet, smoke, and package the fish we sell, so it stays fresh all the way to your home.

Each fillet has been sealed in our Gold Seal Pouch and then gently cooked in its own juices. This preserves the salmon naturally, so it's shelf-stable for up to 4 years or until the pouch is opened. Its light pink color, firmer texture, and mild flavor make it appealing to a variety of taste palettes.

The light fillet color allows the salmon to absorb the hearty wood flavor of the Alder wood smoke, making it our "smokiest" tasting salmon. The Smoked Keta Salmon is available in 6 oz portions and 1 lb fillets, and it's Kosher certified.

All of our products are made here in the USA, are Non-GMO, and come in BPA-free packaging. The smoked salmon in the gold pouch has a shelf life of at least four years, as long as it is not opened, punctured, or leaking. Even beyond four years, the product will likely be good to eat.

There is no need to cook the salmon in the pouch - it is fully cooked. If you would like to warm the salmon, you can put it in the oven for 5-7 minutes, covered, at 275 degrees. Please do not microwave the pouch.
